外观鉴别
Appearance identification
通过观察的外观,可初步护坡塑料模具鉴别出护坡塑料模具制品所属大类:热塑性护坡塑料模具,热固性护坡塑料模具或弹性体护坡塑料模具。一般热塑性护坡塑料模具有结晶和无定形两类。结晶性塑料外观呈半透明,乳浊状或不透明,只有在薄膜状态呈透明状,硬度从柔软到角质。无定形一般为无色,在不加添加剂时为全透明,硬度从硬于角质橡胶状。热固性护坡塑料模具通常含有填且不透料明,如不含填料时为透明。弹性体具橡胶状手感,有一定的拉伸率。
By observing the appearance, we can identify the main types of plastic
moulds for slope protection: thermoplastic moulds for slope protection,
thermosetting moulds for slope protection or elastomeric moulds for
slope protection. Generally, there are two types of thermoplastic moulds
for slope protection: crystalline and amorphous. Crystalline plastics
are translucent, opaque or opaque in appearance, only transparent in the
film state, with hardness ranging from soft to horny. Amorphous is
generally colorless, transparent without additives, harder than
keratinous rubber. Thermosetting plastic moulds for slope protection
usually contain fillings and are opaque, such as transparent without
fillers. The elastomer has a rubber handle and a certain tensile
strength.

The heating characteristics of the above three types of slope protection
plastic moulds are also different, which can be identified by heating
method. Thermoplastic moulds for slope protection soften and melt easily
when heated, and become transparent when melted. Wires are often drawn
from the melt, which is usually easy to heat. Thermosetting slope
protection plastic mold is heated until the material is chemically
decomposed. Its original hardness is not softened, and its size is
stable until the decomposition temperature is carbonized. When the
elastomer is heated, no flow occurs until the decomposition temperature,
and the material is decomposed and carbonized at the decomposition
temperature
