The difference between the production process of rotating and injection moulds is as follows:
Rotary plastics is a kind of plastic hollow products forming process, the mold has been rotating and named: powder or paste is injected into the mold, through the heating of the mold and the rolling rotation of the longitudinal and transverse direction, so that the material by its own gravity and centrifugal force uniformly filled the cavity and melted, to be cooled after demoulding and get in. Empty products are easy to produce bubbles and uneven distribution of raw materials due to gravity rotating heating, resulting in a decline in product quality. Generally, the production time is long, and it takes several dozen minutes to coat raw materials layer by layer on the die, which results in low production efficiency. However, the cost of production equipment is low, and the development of the die is simple. Low outlook requirement, suitable for products with low strength requirement.
Injection moulding is a method of obtaining the moulding product by injecting the fully melted plastic material into the cavity with high pressure through screw stirring at a certain temperature and cooling and solidifying. Generally, the high-pressure jet head injects the liquid material which is stirred uniformly at high temperature into the closed steel mould at one time. After cooling, the finished product can be finished in a few minutes. It can be produced in batches with high efficiency. However, it is true that the production equipment is generally expensive, the investment is large, and the requirements of the mould are high. The products produced by injection moulding process are generally compact, tough and strong, and the products produced generally have a service life of more than several decades without cracking and brittleness.
